Politecnico di Milano does not price degrees individually. One all inclusive contribution covers any programme and is scaled by ISEE, the Italian measure of household income and assets, from 157.04 euro at the bottom of the scale to 3,943.04 euro at the top. The figure here is the top, because the university states that an international student in the reserved non EU category, admitted with a first level qualification obtained abroad and holding no scholarship, pays the maximum whatever ISEE says.

The degree
About this degree.
An international bachelor taught in English at Piacenza, covering mechanical systems and manufacturing technologies, industrial automation, operations and logistics, data analysis and decision making, and sustainability and energy management. It suits students who want a broad industrial engineering base built through lab sessions, project work and a third year internship.
The programme is described as an international degree designed for students who want to understand and shape the future of industry. It combines theory and practice, and sets out to develop versatile engineers able to work across functions and adapt to complex industrial scenarios.
The university's full description
The curriculum spans three years organised into three terms per year. The key areas are mechanical systems and manufacturing technologies, industrial automation, operations and logistics, data analysis and decision making, and sustainability and energy management. The third year includes either a company internship with a thesis or project work developed with industry partners.
Lectures are integrated with lab sessions and project based activities. Daily classroom time is limited to four or five hours, and learning is supported with simulation software, industrial case studies and design challenges. Assessment is continuous, including in class activities and mid term evaluations.
Graduates can pursue roles in manufacturing systems, mechanical production, industrial automation and process control, or in logistics, operations management and supply chains. The degree also enables application to master's programmes including Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Management Engineering, and Automation and Control Engineering.
The programme is taught in English at the Piacenza campus.
