UniConnect360
Built and run from the Netherlands

Technology for the work behind your application.

UniConnect360 B.V. is a Dutch cloud platform headquartered in The Hague. It connects international students and universities through profiles, documents, advisor review, applications, communication, and community. Italy is our first active destination.

Advisors still review your file and our team handles the submission. This page explains the platform, its current scope, and its limits.

  • A technology platform from the Netherlands
  • Italy is our first active destination
  • No form on this site

What we actually do

Everything we are allowed to say we do.

This is the whole list. If it is not on it, we do not do it yet.

  • Our team applies for you

    Live now

On each university's own admissions portal, in your name, using your documents. That is the service. It is not a referral and it is not a form that emails a PDF somewhere.

  • A person reads your file before anything is sent

    Live now

An advisor checks your documents against what Italian universities accept, and can tell you your file will not clear. An approval everyone gets is not an approval.

  • One profile, one set of documents

    Live now

Uploaded once, then reused for each application instead of re-entering the same education history in every university system.

  • Your own @uniconnect360.com mailbox

    Live now

A working address for applications. University replies arrive beside the application record. Access is limited to you and authorised team members supporting your application.

  • Application fees paid in one place

    Live now

Each university sets its own fee. The platform shows those fees together, so you can review each one before you continue.

  • One table that tracks everything

    Live now

Reference number, university, programme, date, fee, status. So the question “where is my application” has an answer that is not “let me check”.

  • A student community you can join before you apply

    Live now

A feed, and rooms for a subject or an entrance test. Open to you before you have committed to anything.

  • Universities working inside the platform

    Not built yet

No university is onboarded yet. Conversations are underway, and migration is slow for any institution. Until then our advisors are the layer that connects you to them.

Jobs, internships, in-app scholarships and round-the-clock support were on the previous site. They are not built, so they are not here.

The platform, stated plainly

Built in the Netherlands, starting with Italy.

Three facts explain the platform before you share a document. Where it is built, where it is active, and how we state its limits.

What it costs
  1. Built and run from the Netherlands

UniConnect360 is a Dutch technology platform. The location tells you where the company operates and who is responsible for the service.

  2. Italy is our first active destination

Our current catalogue and guidance focus on Italian universities. Other destinations can join the platform when their own researched pages are ready.

  3. The work and its limits stay visible

We label what is live, what is being built, and what is not part of the service. We do not promise an admission, a visa, or a scholarship.

No guarantees

We help you prepare and submit an application. We do not promise an admission, a visa, or a scholarship.

We can tell you whether you meet a criterion someone has published, and show you where it is published.

One country, said out loud

Italy is our first active destination.

Our current catalogue and guidance begin with Italian universities. The platform can support more destinations as their researched pages are ready.

Narrow is the point. Italian admissions run on Universitaly, on regional funding calls, and on a document chain that must be legalised and translated. Some requirements change with the student’s country of origin. Doing one destination properly is worth more than listing a continent.

Italy is where our sourced pages are live today. A new destination will arrive with the same standard of useful, checked guidance.

This is what a fact looks like here

€10,179.85

the funds a Type D student visa asks you to show, per year

Held in your own account, or evidenced by a scholarship or a sponsor. Cash is refused. Every figure on this site is published like this one: exact, attributed, and dated. You can check it without us.

What we hold back, and why

Every claim on this page comes with a way to check it.

We publish a figure when you can check it. Until then the slot stays empty, and we say so.

  1. Withheld until sourced

A track record, as a number you can check

We have advised students before this site existed. We will publish a period and a count when you could check both: who counted, and over what dates. That work is under way.

  2. Withheld until consented

Student stories, with names and consent

There are students who would speak for us. We are collecting their stories properly, with their consent and their names. An anonymous quote next to a stock photograph proves nothing. On a site about verification it would prove the opposite.

  3. Left out by design

Nothing is asked of you on this website

No sign-up, no newsletter box, no callback request and no payment. It stores nothing about you. When you decide to start, you go to the app, which is a separate site. That is your decision, made after you have seen what we can tell you.

Three things standard on a page like this are not here: a track-record figure, a testimonial, and a form. The first two stay out until we can show their evidence. The third stays out by design.

The team

Three people touch your application. Each one is answerable by name.

The advisor who reads your file, the person who submits it, and the person who runs the company. Their names go here, with real photographs, once each has consented.

When the names are published they will be real names with real photographs. The responsibilities below will not change.

  1. The advisor who reviews your documents

    Name to be published

Reading your transcripts, grades and certificates, and deciding whether your file is ready. This person can tell you no, and their name will be on that decision.

  2. The person who submits your applications

    Name to be published

What is entered on each university portal in your name, and what is attached to it. Anything filed on your behalf is filed by someone you can name.

  3. Who runs the company

    Name to be published

The money, the plans, and every claim on this website, including the ones we have chosen not to make yet.

No name is published yet. Each one lands here, with a real photograph, once that person has consented in writing.

Judge us on the answer, not the about page.

Three questions. You see what you would apply for, what the visa asks for, and how much calendar is left. On screen, free, with a link you can send to your parents. No account and no email address.

You do not apply. Once your file is approved and you have agreed the shortlist, our team does the submitting.

That is the sentence this whole company is built on. Everything else on this page exists so you can check it.
