Who does what, in order.

You prepare your information and choose the shortlist. An advisor reviews the file. Our team submits on each university's own portal.

    Sign up, and get an address

    Email and a password, in the app. Your account includes a working @uniconnect360.com mailbox for application correspondence.

    That address is used on applications, so university replies stay beside the application record. Access is limited to you and authorised team members supporting your application.

    Build one profile

    Personal details, education history, test scores, visa status, and your documents. Uploaded once. The app shows how complete it is as you go.

    This is the only part of the process that takes your time, and it takes it once rather than once per university. Transcripts, degree certificates, language certificates, passport, financial documents.

    An advisor reads it, and can say no

    A person checks your documents against the requirements published by each university before anything is submitted.

    This is the gate, and it is the difference between us and an agent who forwards a PDF. If your file will not clear, you hear it here, from someone who can tell you what to fix. An approval everyone gets is not an approval.

    You agree the shortlist

    You see programmes with their entry requirements, deadlines and fees side by side, and you decide what goes on the list.

    We advise, and you choose. For the current Italy route, we explain the Universitaly limits before you confirm a shortlist.

    Our team submits on each university's own admissions portal, in your name, using your documents and your UniConnect360 address.

    Each university runs its own system, with its own forms and document requirements. Learning those differences is the work we remove.

    Reference number, university, programme, date, fee, status. Replies land in your inbox rather than in a WhatsApp thread.

    One place to look, so you can see what was submitted and what needs your attention next.

  • We show the requirement and its source

    Eligibility means you meet a criterion published by someone else. We show the source and leave the final admission, visa, or scholarship decision to the relevant authority.

  • Any payment is named before it is due

    This website has no checkout. If a payment is needed, the app identifies the fee and where it goes before you continue.

  • The checker gives you a shareable result

    The eligibility checker records your non-personal answers in the page address. You can review or share the result before creating an account in the app.

Nobody can promise you an admission, a visa or a scholarship. A service can only promise a standard for its own conduct. Ours is written here so you can hold us to it.

So there is one thing this page will not tell you: that you are certain to get in. What we check, and what we do not, is set out on the trust page.

What it costs

Two payments. One page lists both.

A paid plan covers platform and advisory work. A university sets its own application fee. The app shows each amount separately.
