UniConnect360
For admissions and international offices

A clearer application record for your admissions team. Built around the student profile.

UniConnect360 is a Dutch cloud platform, designed to keep student profiles, applications, communication and tracking in one shared ecosystem.

No university is currently onboarded and the university workspace is not available yet. Today, advisors support students and submit files through existing university portals. The sections below separate what is available today, proposed for a pilot programme and on the roadmap.

The institution route

From scattered files to a shared record.

The problem, the service available today, the collaboration model and the long-term product are shown separately. The university-facing workspace remains a future track.

  1. The problem: one file arrives through scattered systems

Students assemble requirements, documents and correspondence across university portals, email and separate recognition services. The institution still has to judge what reaches its own system.

The public website does not claim a shared university workspace or an automated admissions decision. The problem is coordination, not a promise that software replaces the admissions office.

  2. The solution today: a checked, organised application file

A human advisor checks the documents against the entry requirements the institution publishes. An incomplete file, or one that misses a stated requirement, is not submitted.

Submission stays in the university's existing admissions system and replies stay in the inbox the student controls. There is no integration to install today.

  3. Collaboration: publish the rule, then let us verify it

A university can keep its current portal and publish the programme, document and recognition requirements students must meet. We read those requirements and ask when a point is unclear.

A partnership conversation can define a pilot, an escalation contact and the boundary between student support and the institution's decision. It does not require an invented live dashboard.

  4. The benefit: clearer files without changing who decides

The student keeps transcripts, certificates, identity documents and the recognition route together. The university receives the file through the process it already owns.

Recognition follows the institution's written requirement: CIMEA or a Declaration of Value. The admissions office still decides admission, and the Italian authorities still decide the visa.

  5. The vision: one shared application record

The long-term university track is intended to connect the organised student profile, application history and communication status in one place.

That workspace is roadmap, not a live feature. Any pilot has to preserve the university's portal, decision rights and Universitaly obligations before it earns a broader claim.

We do not promise an intake volume, conversion rate or admissions outcome. Those depend on the student, the programme and your own decision-making process.

Every figure carries its receipt

Every number we give you has a source. These three have none.

A recruitment conversation usually opens with market size. No official body publishes ours, so the ledger records it as a gap.

  • How many Pakistani students go to Italy

We could not find this published anywhere. It is not in the Ministry of University and Research's accessible data, nor in the OECD's, nor UNESCO's. Italy publishes a total for foreign students without a nationality breakdown.

So we will not open with a market size. Anyone who hands you one has estimated it. Ask them for the source.

    Ministry of University and Researchchecked

  • How long a student visa takes, and how often one is refused

The Italian Embassy in Islamabad publishes no average processing time, and no official refusal statistics exist for Pakistani applicants. The durations you see elsewhere trace to consultancy blogs with no primary source. We do not repeat them.

We describe the documented requirements an application has to meet. We never quote a duration or an approval rate. Not to a student, not in a deck, not to you.

  • Where Italy ranks against the United Kingdom or Germany

No defensible source ranks destinations for this market. We looked for one and recorded the absence rather than filling it in.

So the comparison slide you would normally be shown here is missing from ours. That is the standard we hold our student pages to, applied to a pitch.

Every source behind this page. Open any of them.

If an office’s number and ours disagree, theirs is right and ours is a bug.

The same discipline is what a student gets. Every amount and deadline we publish carries its document and the date we opened it. What a student was told about your programme can be checked against your own page.

The status board

The roadmap, kept separate from the product.

Available today names the advisor-led service. Pilot programme names a proposed scope, not an active university deployment. Roadmap names work with no promised date.

  • Advisor review before anything is submitted

    Available today

A person reads every file against the requirements you publish and can refuse it. This is the service available today.

  • Submission through the existing university portal

    Available today

Manual, by our team, in the student's name. Correspondence stays with the student, and no university system change is implied.

  • Published sources and verification dates

    Available today

Every figure we give a student carries the document it came from and the date we last opened it. What a student was told about your programme is therefore auditable: by them, by a parent, and by you.

  • Application record and status tracking

    Pilot programme

A structured record for profile, institution, programme, date, fee and status is the proposed pilot scope. It is not a university-facing service today.

  • University workspace and native connections

    Roadmap

A future workspace could let applications move into your system without manual re-entry. No university currently uses this, and no delivery date is promised.

  • Published-requirement matching

    Roadmap

A future workflow could surface requirements alongside each application for human review. It would not make admissions decisions, and no automated decision tool is offered today.

  • Central communication around each application

    Roadmap

A future shared record could bring status updates and application-related communication into one place. It depends on the university workspace and is not currently available.

If a university chooses to participate, we will name it here only with its permission. Until then, these labels describe our product position, not a partner roster.

Accessibility evidence

WCAG 2.2 AA is contractual here, not aspirational.

This is the part of a supplier review that usually produces a document nobody has read. Here are the three facts behind ours, each with its publisher. Then what is in the pack itself.

  • 56

success criteria at WCAG 2.2 Level AA

That is the standard this site is built to and it is contractual for us, not aspirational. Fifty-six is the count of criteria to be met, not a score we are claiming.

    European Accessibility Act applies from

It reaches many digital services offered to users in the EU. What it obliges a supplier outside the EU to do depends on the contract and the service class. That question is not settled, and we will not say it is.

  • 95.9%

of home pages fail automated WCAG testing

79.1% of pages carry low-contrast text. Both figures come from an independent annual analysis rather than an official body. Our ledger grades them corroborated secondary. They are here because the common failures are all things a build controls completely.

What is in the pack

  • A conformance statement covering all 56 Level AA criteria. Each is marked pass, fail or not applicable, with the evidence for it.

  • Automated axe results across every template, run against a production build. Then a documented manual pass: keyboard only, screen reader, 200% zoom, and 320px reflow.

  • The dated audit results, including a written note of what each sweep did not cover.

  • The known issues, listed openly rather than omitted.

Built and run from the Netherlands

That is a fact about where we are. On this page it is the whole of what we say about it. There is no compliance badge here and no encryption claim. A claim of that kind belongs with the evidence for it, and ours is not finished.

We would rather be the supplier who told you which assurances were still being assembled. The same applies to the pack: it names its known issues and dates them. A statement claiming none is the less credible document.

The next step is a conversation, not a contract.

There is nothing to integrate and nothing to sign. What is useful first is knowing what your office already publishes. Then our advisors read your requirements, not somebody’s summary of them.

We do not guarantee an outcome to a student: not admission, not a visa, not a scholarship. We will not promise you a volume either. Neither is something anyone is in a position to know.

Reading this as a student rather than an admissions office? The eligibility checker is three questions, free, and shows the whole result on screen. Check your eligibility to study in Italy.

A first conversation covers

  1. Which recognition route you require in writing. Either a CIMEA Statement of Comparability, or a Declaration of Value from the Italian Embassy.

  2. Where your entry requirements are published, so our advisors read the source rather than somebody's summary of it.

  3. What you would need from us before an application through us is treated differently from an agent's.
