This page covers uniconnect360.com: the pages you are reading and the eligibility checker. It does not cover the application. The application at app.uniconnect360.com has its own separate terms, and those are the ones that govern any advisory service, any subscription and any payment.
There is nothing to sign here and nothing to accept. Using the site means these terms apply to that use.

UniConnect360 is two things at two addresses. This one is a public website: information about studying in Italy, and a free checker. The other one is the application, where accounts, advisors, subscriptions and payments live. A different document governs each.

- You create an account there, upload your documents, work with an advisor, agree a shortlist and pay.
- It has its own terms of service and its own privacy notice. You accept those there, on that domain, and not by reading this page.
- Nothing written on this website changes what those terms say. If the two ever disagree about the service, the application's terms are the ones that apply.

You will be asked to read and accept those terms in the application, on that domain. Nothing you do on this website signs you up to anything, because there is nothing here to sign up to. What this site does with data is on the privacy page.
What the pages are, and are not
These figures are other people’s figures.
Every amount, deadline and requirement on this site was published by somebody else: an embassy, a ministry, a regional right-to-study agency or a university. We read it, wrote down where we read it, and put the date on it. That is the whole method. It is a summary, not advice, and not a promise that the figure still stands today.
The source outranks us
Under every figure there is a link and a date. If our summary and the linked page disagree, the linked page is right and we are wrong. Open it before you act: before you pay a fee, book a flight or book an appointment.
Requirements change without telling us
Calls are republished, deadlines move and thresholds are reset each cycle. We re-check, but not continuously. A date on this site tells you when a person last looked. It does not tell you that nothing has changed since.
This is not legal, immigration or financial advice
We are not lawyers, immigration advisers or financial advisers, and reading this website does not make anyone your adviser. A decision that turns on your own case belongs with the office that decides it.

The eligibility checker
A result is an indication, not a decision.
The checker takes three required answers and shows you what published criteria say about them. It is a reading of public rules against what you typed. It is not an application, it is not an assessment of your documents, and it is not a decision about you.
Universities decide admission
Each university sets its own entry requirements and decides who meets them, on its own portal, under its own rules. We can tell you what a published requirement says. We cannot tell you what an admissions office will do with your file.

A Type D student visa is decided by the Italian embassy or consulate handling your application. Meeting the published thresholds is necessary. It is not sufficient, and nobody outside that office can promise you the result.

Your answers stay in the page address and nowhere else. That is your three required answers, and any optional ones you add, including your household income band. Keeping them there is what makes a result shareable. It is also why we do not hold a copy of it. A result you send to your family shows them exactly what it showed you.

What you may do here, and what you may not.
The list is short because the site is a set of public pages with no account to break into. It is written down so the boundaries are stated rather than assumed.

Send a page to your parents, quote a paragraph with a link back, print it and take it to an appointment. None of that needs our permission. Republishing whole pages as your own does.
Do not scrape the site at volume
Automated collection heavy enough to degrade the site for other people is not welcome. Crawlers that respect robots.txt are. We do not block search or AI answer engines, and the file states what is excluded and why.
Do not misrepresent us, and do not impersonate us
Do not use our name, our writing or our design to collect money, documents or personal details from students. Do not frame these pages inside another site so they read as part of it. We never ask for payment on this domain, and anyone doing so in our name is not us.
Do not attack the site
Do not probe it, overload it, or try to interfere with how it serves other people. There is no account here to break into, which makes the list short.
Links that leave this site
We link out to embassies, ministries, regional right-to-study agencies and universities, because every one of them is a better source about itself than we are. We do not run those sites, we cannot control what they publish or when they change it, and we are not responsible for what you find there.
A link is not an endorsement and it is not a partnership. No university is onboarded to our platform, and none of these offices has approved anything on this site.
Who owns what on this page
The writing, the design, the illustrations and the code of this website are ours. The documents we link to are not: a regional call belongs to the agency that issued it, a checklist to the embassy that publishes it, an admissions page to the university.
Summarising a document here does not make it ours, and it does not make its publisher our partner.
Outbound source links on this site are marked nofollow and they leave our domain. We would rather lose the visit than be the only place a number exists.
Changes to these terms
This page will change, and it will carry a date.
They will be rewritten when a qualified adviser reviews them, and again as the product changes. The date on the page is the only version claim we make.
How you will know it changed
The date at the top of the page moves. That is the whole mechanism.
We do not keep an archive of earlier versions on this site and we are not going to claim we notified anyone when we did not.
The clauses that arrive after legal review
There is no governing-law clause, no liability cap, no indemnity and no arbitration clause on this page.
Those are a lawyer's decisions. Writing them badly would be worse than leaving them out, and they will appear here once they are written properly.
