The tuition page states: "The University adopts a 'Single Contribution' system, meaning that tuition fees are not determined according to income brackets." The Italian page agrees: "Il sistema di contribuzione dell'Ateneo è definito "unico" in quanto non prevede la suddivisione in fasce di reddito." There is no ISEE table to place yourself in, and the price is the same whatever your nationality. INCOME DOES COUNT SOMEWHERE ELSE. Luiss awards exemptions from the Contributo Unico on top of the fee, and some of those competitions read an income document. Its financial aid FAQ tells applicants to obtain "il certificato ISEE che si applica alle prestazioni per il diritto allo studio universitario", and says Luiss accepts neither an expired ISEE nor a DSU in its place. Where a family has only foreign income and cannot obtain an ISEEU, two of the 2026/2027 calls have Luiss work the value out from a self-certification on the call's own form, converting the currency at the Bank of Italy official average rate. Income earned in Pakistan does not shut you out of an income-assessed award. WHICH ROUTES ARE OPEN TO YOU. Several of the 2026/2027 income-assessed calls are closed to an applicant arriving from Pakistan by conditions of their own. Some require residence in a named Italian region, and one bars a student coming from a foreign university. That is what the calls we opened say, and it is not the whole list: Luiss publishes further income-assessed calls aimed at applicants already inside the Italian system, and the set is reissued each year. Read the current bandi rather than treating any list here as complete. What a Pakistani applicant can plainly enter is scored on merit. The non-EU call for a first year bachelor's or single-cycle Law place carries 12 awards. For a master's entered by the Luiss test, 30 awards go to international students, 15 of them reserved for non-EU and non-Schengen candidates, with Management and Finance excluded. For a master's entered with GMAT or GRE, 24 awards carry no nationality rule and need GMAT Focus 645 or above. WHAT YOU PAY IN THE CYCLE YOU CAN APPLY TO NOW. For a bachelor's degree or the single-cycle Law degree the 2027/2028 non-EU page states: "The one-off annual contribution is €15,000 for the first year." The Italian twin agrees: "Il contributo unico annuale è pari a € 15.000 per il primo anno." Most master's degrees are 16,000 euros. Finance is 18,000 euros. Budget 18,000 euros for Management too, because that is the figure the master's admission pages attach to it. WHERE THE 18,000 COMES FROM. The Luiss page for the Master's Degree in Finance states: "The single annual fee for enrolment in the first year of the Master's Degree in Finance for the 2027/2028 academic year is €18,000, payable in three instalments, plus the regional tax." The master's admission pages print the same 18,000 for "the Bachelor's degree programmes in Management and Finance", a labelling slip on pages whose subject is master's degrees. WHICH DOCUMENT GOVERNS. The Student Affairs fee schedule still publishes the lower 2026/2027 figures, 14,000 euros for a first year bachelor's or Law. Enrolment for that year closed on 22 July 2026. What governs your money is the admission notice for the cycle you apply under. Luiss will publish the 2027/2028 notices from October 2026 for bachelor's and single-cycle Law and from November 2026 for master's. No 2027/2028 fee schedule exists yet. The fee is paid in three instalments a year, and later years cost less than the first. WHAT IS NOT IN THESE FIGURES. The Lazio regional tax is added to the first instalment, and Luiss does not publish the amount. All five of its 2026/2027 fee documents end with the same footnote: "The amount of the regional student tax will be established by Lazio Region in June/July 2026." No figure had appeared by 12 September 2026, so you cannot total a year from Luiss pages alone. A full tuition waiver does not cover it, because every scholarship call leaves state and regional taxes with the student. APPLYING COSTS 150 EUROS on every non-EU route, not refundable, with no waiver published. Tuition drops 20 per cent when a sibling is enrolled in the same year, applied to the younger student's record. TIMING. The 2026/2027 non-EU call closed at noon on 25 March 2026, and on 12 September 2026 no 2027/2028 call was published. A total waiver that round needed a Luiss Test score of 90, or SAT 1440, or ACT 32, or an IB grade of 40. Winners still pay the first instalment first. LATE PAYMENT costs 50 euros a month or part month, and fees are not refunded once you have enrolled, under Article 27 of Royal Decree 1269/38. The Foundation Programme is priced separately, at 7,500 euros.
