Italian is not needed to enter this programme. Politecnico asks for proof of Italian at enrolment only for programmes taught entirely in Italian, or in Italian and English. It is needed before you graduate. The university states that an Italian language proficiency test is mandatory for international students admitted to all English language Laurea Magistrale programmes, and that you must certify the language before sitting the graduation exam. A student admitted without it carries an Italian OFA, an additional learning obligation, and has to clear it before graduating.”

One all inclusive contribution covers any programme and is scaled by ISEE, the Italian measure of household income and assets, from 157.04 euro at the bottom of the scale to 3,943.04 euro at the top. The figure here is the top, because the university states that an international student in the reserved non EU category, admitted with a first level qualification obtained abroad and holding no scholarship, pays the maximum whatever ISEE says.

About this degree.
A two year Master's degree on the management of built environment, meaning the activities that keep the performance of real estate assets maintained and adapted over time in order to maximise their profitability and market value. It suits graduates who want interdisciplinary technical and economic training for managerial roles in the conservation and valorisation of real estate assets.
The Master's Degree Program focuses on the management of built environment, that is, the set of activities aimed at ensuring the maintenance and adaptation over time of the performances of real estate assets, in order to maximize their profitability and market value.
The university's full description
The programme provides interdisciplinary training that combines technical and economic knowledge useful for exercising managerial skills in the processes of conservation and valorization of real estate assets. It is taught in English on the Milano Leonardo campus over two years.
Graduates are prepared to hold management positions in both technical and financial or economic areas, as facility manager, property manager, asset manager and fund manager, in public and private contexts. The page names public entities managing real estate assets, private entities that own significant real estate assets, providers of integrated real estate management services, real estate consultancy firms and financial companies.
Admission is open to graduates with a bachelor's degree at Level 6 of the European Qualifications Framework or a comparable qualification, including a comparable foreign qualification, if recognized as eligible.
