Politecnico di Milano does not price degrees individually. One all inclusive contribution covers any programme and is scaled by ISEE, the Italian measure of household income and assets, from 157.04 euro at the bottom of the scale to 3,943.04 euro at the top. The figure here is the top, because the university states that an international student in the reserved non EU category, admitted with a first level qualification obtained abroad and holding no scholarship, pays the maximum whatever ISEE says.

The degree
About this degree.
This bachelor trains engineers to manage natural resources sustainably, prevent environmental degradation and reduce risk to land and people, mixing core sciences with monitoring, land planning and protection technologies. It suits students who want a technical engineering degree pointed at environmental and territorial problems.
The course page opens on the question of how we can sustainably manage natural resources such as water, air, soil and biodiversity. The degree is presented as the answer: it trains professionals capable of tackling today's and future environmental challenges with scientific knowledge and engineering skills.
The university's full description
The curriculum combines a strong foundation in mathematics, physics, chemistry and computer science with specialised courses in natural hazard prevention, environmental monitoring, land planning and environmental protection technologies. Laboratories, field visits and internships carry much of the learning.
Graduates can analyse environmental and territorial phenomena and design sustainable interventions, using simulation and modelling tools.
The university describes the graduate as a professional who protects the environment, and with it the health of people and the safety of territories. By passing the State Exam, graduates can register with the professional Engineers' Association (Section B) and officially practise as engineers.
The programme lasts three years and is taught in Italian at the Milano Leonardo campus.
