Unverified. Not yet verified. A person has not opened the source for this cycle. Read off the institution own programme page on 13 September 2026 by a single research pass. It has NOT been independently re-checked: the verification stage of that run was stopped before it reached this record, so the record renders as unverified rather than claiming a receipt it does not have. The English requirement is held at unverified unless a per programme source URL was found. Figures here are a starting point for a reader, not a checked claim. Open questions: 1) The 2,469 euro ceiling on the ISEE graded contribution was carried from the institution wide policy supplied to me. It sits in Allegato A of the Roma Tre Regolamento Tasse, which I did not open. The fee page I did read confirms only the fixed part, 16,00 euro stamp duty plus the Lazio regional tax. 2) The fee page states the Lazio regional tax as 140,00 euro for a.a. 2025-2026. It does not state the figure for 2026-2027. 3) Art. 2 of the 2026-27 admission call states that for enrolment at Roma Tre the candidate must hold an Italian language certificate at B2 or pass the university's own Italian test, and it carves out no exception for English taught courses. Art. 6 of this degree's own regulation states that the Finance track is delivered entirely in English. Whether English B2 alone satisfies the enrolment condition for a Finance track student needs confirming with the teaching office. 4) The admission call contradicts itself on the supplementary deadline. Art. 3 gives a final cut off of 15 December 2026. The table in Art. 9 gives 18 November 2026. I used the Art. 9 table. 5) The curriculum pages are headed 'Corso di Laurea: FINANZA E IMPRESA A.A. 2024/2025' even though the course record introduces them under 'Cosa studiare A.A. 2025/2026'. The 2026/2027 module list is Allegato 1 of the regulation and I found no separate page publishing it. 6) Two entries in the first year table of the Finance LM-16 plan, QUANTITATIVE METHODS IN FINANCIAL ECONOMICS - 21210172 and FINANCIAL AND ACTUARIAL SCIENCES - 21210096, render with no credits, sector or hours of their own. I could not establish from the page whether each is an alternative to the row above it or a rendering fault, so I have not described the plan's module structure in the prose. 7) The English language programme page heads its enrolment block 'How to Enroll' but links it to the Business Administration programme page, not to this degree. Its 'Application Form' link carries AccademicYear=2025. 8) No application fee is published anywhere I looked. A 60 euro surcharge for a late pre-assessment application, and a 70 euro fee for the university's Italian language test, are published. I left applicationFeeEur empty rather than assert zero. accesso libero
The university's own wording
“The phrase "accesso libero" is not printed for this degree. No number of places, no ranking and no numero programmato is published in the regulation or in the 2026-27 admission call. Access is gated on curricular credits and on a preparation check, not on competition for seats.”

Before any of it counts
Start the legalisation chain first
A degree awarded outside Europe has to be attested and legalised before an Italian university reads it. That chain is decided by the country you apply from, and no office on it publishes a turnaround.
The degree
About this degree.
A two year master's degree in finance at Roma Tre, built around financial markets, corporate finance and quantitative methods, and split into four tracks of which one, Finance, is taught entirely in English. It suits a business, economics or quantitative bachelor's graduate aiming at banking, asset management, corporate finance or financial regulation.
Finanza e impresa is a two year master's degree at Roma Tre University in Rome. It is run by the Dipartimento di Economia Aziendale, at via Silvio D'Amico 77. It is an interclasse degree, which means it sits across two Italian degree classes at once, LM-16 Finanza and LM-77 Scienze economico-aziendali. You choose your class during the course. You cannot change it after you graduate. The degree is worth 120 CFU.
The university's full description
The degree has four tracks. "Finanza" is the general track in Italian. "Finance" is the same track in English. The programme regulation states that the Finance track is delivered entirely in English. "Finanza e tecnologia" is the fintech track. "Diritto e finanza" is reserved for students who already hold the Italian single cycle law degree LMG-01 and who sat a set list of exams.
The teaching structure is 11 exams of 9 CFU each. Nine of those exams are compulsory and are worth 81 CFU together. One exam is chosen from a set of finance subjects. One exam is a free choice. Each 9 CFU course carries 60 hours of classroom teaching. The regulation puts 1 CFU at 6.67 hours of classroom teaching. There is also a 6 CFU language requirement. The final thesis and an optional internship are worth 15 CFU together. A first curricular internship is worth 6 CFU.
Language rules differ by track. For the English Finance track you need a certificate showing English at level B2 in order to be admitted. For the Italian tracks, a student with a foreign qualification who is not an Italian citizen must show certified Italian. Students on the English track must also pass a proficiency check in a European language other than English. French, Spanish and German are the languages named.
Admission is not capped and there is no ranked entrance exam. Anyone holding a three year bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification may apply. A final year student may apply if the degree will be awarded by 28 February of the academic year applied for. You must also hold the right curricular background in credits, or acquire it beforehand through single courses. The course board reviews the submitted record and publishes who is admitted without further checks and who is admitted with reserve.
A candidate with a final bachelor's mark of at least 90/110 is treated as holding sufficient background. A final year student with a running average of at least 24.5/30 is treated the same way. Every other candidate has the file reviewed, and may be asked to sit an individual interview or a group test. The department states that the result of this check does not bind enrolment. It also states that enrolment is discouraged for a candidate who does not pass it.
Teaching for the 2026/2027 academic year starts on 1 October 2026. The first cycle of lessons runs to 23 December 2026. The second cycle runs from 1 March 2027 to 31 May 2027.

Asked about this programme
The questions this one gets.
Can I study this degree entirely in English?
Yes, on the 'Finance' track. Art. 6 of the 2026/27 programme regulation states that the Finance track is delivered entirely in English. The other three tracks are in Italian, although the regulation allows any track to run teaching wholly or partly in English.
What English score do I need?
The programme asks for a certificate at level B2 and names no score itself. The Roma Tre language centre maps B2 to IELTS 5,0 to 5.5, TOEFL internet based test 72 to 94, and PTE Academic 59 to 75. Cambridge First, Trinity ISE 2, Aptis ESOL, Oxford Test of English 111 to 141, LanguageCert and Gatehouse Award are also on the recognised list. Duolingo is not.
Will a letter from my university saying my degree was taught in English be accepted?
Nothing published for this degree says so. The programme regulation and the admission page both ask for a certificate. Ask the teaching office at magistrale.deca@uniroma3.it before relying on a medium of instruction letter.
Is there a minimum degree mark?
No minimum is published. A final mark of at least 90/110, or a running average of at least 24.5/30 if you have not graduated yet, means you skip the preparation check. Below that, your file is reviewed and you may be asked to sit an interview or a group test. The department states in writing that the result of that check does not bind enrolment, although it discourages enrolment for anyone who does not pass.
When do I have to apply?
The career pre-assessment application for 2026/2027 was open from 7 April 2026 to 15 September 2026. A supplementary window runs from 16 September 2026 to 18 November 2026 with an extra charge of 60 euro per application. Enrolment runs to 16 November 2026, and to 28 February 2027 for anyone admitted with reserve.
What will it cost per year?
The fixed charges are 16,00 euro of stamp duty plus the Lazio regional tax, published at 140,00 euro for 2025-2026, so 156 euro. On top of that sits an annual all-inclusive contribution graded by ISEE, up to 2,469 euro. Not filing an ISEE certificate places you in the top band automatically.
Is there an entrance exam I have to compete in?
